Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Worker to join our team at LOAD KING TRANSPORT INC. as a Heavy Duty Cleaner. This is a permanent position working 35 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs. Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse. Empty trash cans and other waste containers.
  • Facilities Support: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings. Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems. Contact tradespersons for major repairs. Perform minor repairs on appliances.
  • Safety and Security: Perform safety and security checks. Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
