Seasons Retirement Communities is seeking a highly skilled Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team as a Care Coordinator. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, while also mentoring and guiding our Resident Guest Attendants and other care staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the nursing process to provide exceptional care to residents
  • Supervise and mentor care staff to ensure excellent care services
  • Conduct assessments of residents and develop personalized care plans
  • Establish priorities based on individual resident needs
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and community policies
Requirements:
  • Current RPN license and good standing with the CNO
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience working with seniors in long-term care
