Registered Practical Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team as a Care Coordinator at Seasons Retirement Communities. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, while also mentoring and guiding our Resident Guest Attendants and other care staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize the nursing process to provide exceptional care to residents
- Supervise and mentor care staff to ensure excellent care services
- Conduct assessments of residents and develop personalized care plans
- Establish priorities based on individual resident needs
- Ensure compliance with regulations and community policies
- Current RPN license and good standing with the CNO
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience working with seniors in a retirement or long-term care facility
