We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Advisor to join our team at the Cree Board of Health and Social Services of James Bay (CBHSSJB). As a key member of our social programs, you will provide clinical support, mentoring, and guidance to individuals and communities.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and update activities to promote mental health and well-being
- Provide clinical support and mentoring to individuals and communities
- Assess and analyze the effectiveness of social programs
- Develop and implement strategies to improve mental health outcomes
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, counseling)
- Experience working in a clinical or social services setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
