We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a farm worker. This position offers the opportunity to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks related to crop cultivation and harvesting. If you are physically fit, willing to learn, and enjoy working in all weather conditions, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crop Maintenance: Clean crops and grade vegetables and fruits based on size, shape, color, and volume
  • Harvesting: Harvest vegetables by hand and pick row and orchard crops
  • Cultivation: Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
  • Maintenance: Maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Quality Control: Examine products for market readiness
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • On-the-job training provided
  • Physically demanding role with handling heavy loads and repetitive tasks
