At SAHIBAS BLUEBERRY FARM LTD., we are seeking a skilled Fruit Farm Laborer to join our team. As a key member of our farm crew, you will be responsible for planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops, as well as performing tasks such as weeding, harvesting, and operating farm machinery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be trained on the job and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in crop cultivation and farm management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
  • Weeding
  • Harvest crops
  • Load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry
  • Examine product for quality and its readiness for the market

Requirements:

  • Will train

Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, with regular exposure to the elements. You will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety protocols.
