Fitness Class Instructor Opportunity
At Fitness World, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Class Instructor to lead our fitness classes and deliver an exceptional member experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a dynamic and engaging fitness environment that meets the needs of our diverse membership base.
Key Responsibilities:
• Arrive on time to welcome fitness class participants and ensure a smooth class start.
• Conduct fitness classes in accordance with our designated formats and modify exercises as needed to cater to participants' needs.
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure participants use equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe fitness environment by cleaning equipment and shared touchpoints before and after each class.
• Address member concerns in a timely and professional manner, following company policies and procedures.
• Participate in internal fitness education programs to enhance your knowledge and skills.
• Foster strong relationships with other departments and functional areas of the company.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in leading fitness classes and creating engaging workout environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of exercise techniques and safety protocols.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
