  • Conduct research to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs.
  • Propose innovative solutions to improve methods, systems, and procedures.
  • Plan and oversee the re-organization of operations to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to ensure effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure financial sustainability.
  • Solicit sales and sell goods or services to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English language.
Work Environment
  • On the road job with occasional travel.
