Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Management Advisor to join our team at Tormon Executive Search Limited.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and provide expert advice on managerial methods and organization of an establishment to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct quality audits to identify areas for improvement and develop quality management and quality assurance standards.
  • Conduct research to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs, and propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures.
  • Plan the re-organization of operations to optimize performance and oversee the development of communication strategies.
  • Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure financial sustainability.
  • Solicit sales and sell goods or services to drive revenue growth.
