Key Duties Include:
- Proactively identifying and understanding customer needs through attentive listening.
- Providing customers with insightful education and expert financial guidance.
- Crafting comprehensive financial plans that align with customer aspirations using a holistic methodology.
- Building and maintaining robust, long-term relationships with clients.
- Driving business growth at the branch by achieving individual and team sales objectives that enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications for Success:
- A strong desire and capability to cultivate meaningful customer relationships.
- A strategic approach to formulating tailored financial solutions encompassing everyday banking, investment opportunities, and borrowing options.
- Demonstrated success in surpassing sales targets in a dynamic environment, aligned with customer objectives.
- Possession of a Mutual Funds license and completion of the CIFP Diploma.
