About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Chocolate Sales Connoisseur to join our sales team at our Woodgrove Centre location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals and providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting store environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support store operations
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills

Requirements
  • Previous retail experience is an asset, but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
