BMO is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Specialist to join our team. As a Mortgage Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including realtors and other industry professionals.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve individual sales and profitability goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement targeted marketing programs and promotions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Typically 3-5 years of relevant experience in mortgage sales and business development.
- Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage lending processes and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, sales, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
