About the Role

BMO is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Specialist to join our team. As a Mortgage Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including realtors and other industry professionals.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve individual sales and profitability goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement targeted marketing programs and promotions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices.
Requirements
  • Typically 3-5 years of relevant experience in mortgage sales and business development.
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage lending processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, sales, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
