About the Role

Pentland's Prosthetic & Orthotic Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Vice President to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of marketing professionals to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Brand Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and measure the success of marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and public relations.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing campaign success.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5 years or more in a marketing leadership role.
  • Skills: Proven track record of success in marketing leadership, with expertise in strategic planning, team management, brand management, campaign execution, market research, budget management, and performance metrics.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office and other marketing software.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Willing to travel.
  • Health Benefits: Health care plan.
  • Work Setting: Health care institution, facility, or clinic.
  • Budgetary Responsibility: $1,500,001 - $4,000,000.
  • Supervision: More than 20 people.
