Position Overview
As a vital member of our team, you will deliver expert business and financial guidance while managing a portfolio of esteemed small business clients. Your role as an ambassador for RBC in the local business community will be crucial as you utilize your skills in external marketing and client acquisition to foster new business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships. Collaborating with other RBC advisors and specialists, you will help create a valued experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain client relationships by providing customized, value-driven financial advice tailored to their specific needs.
- Engage proactively with clients to gather insights, assess their needs, and ensure their ongoing satisfaction with RBC services.
- Strategically plan and prioritize client interactions and market initiatives, identifying opportunities and facilitating introductions to RBC partners to address clients' business and personal financial requirements.
- Mitigate risks and ensure compliance with banking protocols, formulating appropriate action plans in response to any identified concerns.
- Promote digital engagement and advocate for RBC's mobile and online platforms, empowering clients to connect with RBC through their preferred channels.
- Be present on your clients' journeys by visiting them on-site to gain a comprehensive understanding of their business goals and operations, as circumstances allow.
