We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Specialist to join our team at beBee Professionals in Winnipeg. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, as well as a minimum of two years of experience in customer service or a related field.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing technical support.
The Client Success Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, as well as providing feedback to the management team. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan.
