Pharmacist (Part-Time) - Community Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacy Professional to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a Pharmacy Professional, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of medication dispensing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, dispense, and control medications accurately and timely to patients
- Ensure medication and over the counter supplements inventory levels are adequate to meet patients' needs
- Counsel patients regarding new and additional medications in a friendly, positive, and proactive interaction
- Create awareness and educate customers through public relations (public health days, clinics, etc.)
- Administer vaccinations and other activities as legislated by the Pharmacist Scope of Practice Program (Point-of-Care testing, Prescription Modification and Advancement, Minor Ailments, etc.)
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science, Pharmacy, and a Class A Pharmacist, Ontario Superior customer relations skills and a strong sense of professionalism
- Excellent leadership and performance management skills required
- Proven ability to build the business using community-based marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills including the experience formulating and executing action plans
- Strong personal computing skills, as well as knowledge of HealthWatch Pharmacy computer system
