Accounting Specialist Part-time Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for various accounting tasks, including accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and payroll.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable duties, including data entry, VISA statements, credit applications, and WSIB clearance checks.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations, payroll, and invoicing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience with AP, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
  • Ability to work part-time hours between 16-20 per week.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Accounting diploma is an asset.
