We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Holder to join our team at MAC. As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the store.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example, modeling behaviors that inspire and motivate the sales team to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Utilize your coaching and mentoring skills to develop and support the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Assist with cash handling and reconciliation, as well as opening and closing the store on a rotational basis.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve store goals and objectives.
- Proven retail experience, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to develop and support the sales team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software and cash handling procedures.
