Position Overview

The Accommodations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hospitality services, ensuring a high standard of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Development: Create and enforce policies and procedures to streamline daily operations.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and mentor staff, conducting regular performance evaluations.
  • Supplier Negotiation: Engage with suppliers to secure materials and supplies at competitive rates.
  • Client Relations: Negotiate terms with clients regarding the use of facilities and services.
  • Customer Service: Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly.
  • Business Planning: Formulate and implement strategic business plans to enhance service delivery.
  • Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Event Management: Oversee the planning and execution of events hosted at the facility.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of post-secondary education (College/CEGEP).
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in hospitality management.
