Electrical Heat Transfer Specialist

Partner Staffing is seeking an experienced Electrical Heat Transfer Engineer for a 6-8 month contract with a large oil company in Calgary.
We work with proactive clients who understand the importance of having exceptional staff. Our client is looking for a professional who can design and develop electrical systems for oil sands facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop electrical systems for oil sands facilities, including electrical single line diagrams, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Perform engineering and design duties associated with project scope of work and liaise with other disciplines and project management.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including project descriptions, construction specifications, and IFC drawings.
- Collaborate with other engineers and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with industry and Canadian Natural codes, standards, and regulations.
- Graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering and registered with APEGA.
- 5+ years' experience in an electrical engineering role, preferably in oil sands facilities.
- Proficiency in EHT Design and strong communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and expedite issues in a large multi-discipline team.
