Job Title: Chiropractic Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Chiropractic Assistant to join our team at Dynamic Physiotherapy (SG) Inc.

Job Summary:

The Chiropractic Assistant will provide administrative and clinical support to our chiropractors, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience. This role involves a variety of tasks, including preparing patients for treatments, maintaining equipment, and assisting with patient health education.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patients for chiropractic treatments by positioning them correctly and ensuring they are comfortable and secure.
  • Maintain and clean equipment, including chiropractic tables and machines, to ensure they are in good working order.
  • Assist chiropractors with patient health education, including explaining treatment plans and providing guidance on exercises and stretches.
  • Connect treatment machines to patients, as directed by the chiropractor, and ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Assist chiropractors with physical examinations, including taking vital signs and preparing patients for exams.
  • Perform other administrative tasks, such as answering phones and responding to patient inquiries.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a chiropractic office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position, working 30 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care.
