We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Chiropractic Assistant to join our team at Dynamic Physiotherapy (SG) Inc.

Job Summary:

The Chiropractic Assistant will provide administrative and clinical support to our chiropractors, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience. This role involves a variety of tasks, including preparing patients for treatments, maintaining equipment, and assisting with patient health education.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patients for chiropractic treatments by positioning them correctly and connecting treatment machines as directed by the chiropractor.
  • Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring they are clean and in good working order.
  • Assist chiropractors with patient health education, providing information on spinal health and wellness.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
  • Work collaboratively with the chiropractic team to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or certificate in a related field (e.g., healthcare, administration).
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a chiropractic office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
