Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food and service standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
  • Establish work schedules
Work Environment:

Our fast-paced kitchen environment requires a team player who can work under pressure and maintain attention to detail. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and maintaining high standards of food quality and service.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
