About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director, Sales Operations to join our team at Boston Pizza Squamish. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion through effective sales strategies and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies
    • Establish and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends
  • Lead Sales Operations
    • Manage and develop a team of sales professionals
    • Develop and implement sales processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with business objectives
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Measure and Analyze Sales Performance
    • Develop and track key sales metrics and performance indicators
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales operations or a related field
  • Skills
    • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
