A Day in the Life
  • Hybrid work model - a mix of remote work, office work, and field visits for site investigations and contractor follow-ups
  • Lead projects from start to finish, provide technical support, mentor junior staff, and coordinate mechanical systems design
  • Utilize software for technical calculations, engineering studies, drawings, and specification preparations
  • Communicate with clients, meet deadlines, and ensure project coordination with various stakeholders
  • Review drawings, manage construction phase paperwork, conduct site surveys, and inspections
What You'll Bring to WSP Canada
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Recent experience in healthcare projects
  • Registered Professional Engineer with APEGS
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution
  • Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to changing workloads
  • Proficiency in relevant software and MS Office
  • Familiarity with applicable codes and standards
