Pastry Cook

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Pastry Cook who loves desserts, takes pride in their growing craft, and wants to contribute to a high-achieving, team-oriented pastry kitchen. The ideal candidate not only understands that exceptional food is at the heart of hospitality but also embodies the unique spirit of Toronto's food and beverage culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare daily items according to instructions and recipes.
- Assist in maintaining clean and organized stations.
- Follow FIFO (first in, first out) method to maximize freshness.
- Report any equipment/utensil malfunctions/deficiencies to Chef on duty.
- Work collaboratively with BOH team members.
- At least two (2) years of professional pastry experience.
- Graduated with a Pastry program degree/diploma/certificate and/or the equivalent in education and experience.
- Drive to push, eagerness to learn, and a genuine desire to contribute and have fun.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Humility and a good sense of humor.
