About the Role

The Client Success Manager at EightSix Network is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day account operations and project management for key clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the assigned clients' industry and business objectives, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction across all assigned clients.
  • Manage multiple client stakeholders and navigate through competing priorities and organizational complexity.
  • Balance client service excellence with efficiency of resources.
  • Perform a variety of account operations tasks, including internal resource management, client task prioritization, project management, documentation, and reporting.
  • Contribute to the development of internal processes and best standards for client service and delivery.
  • Ensure client adherence to processes to streamline account operations and increase team productivity.
  • Collaborate on the design of strategy and solutions that improve client results and progress Exchange Solutions' in-market product offering.
  • Work collaboratively with the Client Success team to meet or exceed assigned client revenue plans.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education with a degree focused on business or marketing.
  • A minimum of 5 years related experience in loyalty, marketing, payments, or business analysis.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years program and project management/leadership experience leading teams to complete major projects under deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen with proven experience in account and project management.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills, ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
  • High comfort level with entrepreneurial, software development, and technology outsourcing environments.
  • Ability to identify opportunities to innovate and support continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving approaches and superior communication skills.
