  4. Facilitate reclamation efforts, including Schedule B assessments and detailed site evaluations.
  5. Prepare and sign off on factual technical reports.
  6. Manage data and file organization for both internal and client databases.
  7. Coordinate and oversee contractors involved in projects.

  2. A minimum of 4 years of field experience related to contaminated sites, reclamation, or natural sciences within BC.
  3. Progress towards an accredited designation recognized in BC is advantageous.
  4. Proficiency in writing and reviewing technical reports.
  5. Familiarity with BCER Regulatory Guidelines is a plus.
  6. Understanding of project execution processes, including planning, controls, scheduling, and budgeting.
  7. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and environmental contractors.
  8. Willingness to work outdoors and in potentially remote locations under adverse weather conditions, as needed.
  9. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word.
  10. Demonstrated energy, intelligence, and integrity, with a relentless focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
  11. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  12. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  13. Commitment to safety practices.
Benefits Offered
  1. Opportunity to lead in the adoption of innovative technologies within an environmental consulting firm focused on reducing clients' environmental footprints.
  2. Chance to enhance your expertise and work for a company with a strong ethical foundation.
  3. Potential for career development within a growing organization with multiple office locations.
  4. Competitive salary and comprehensive health benefits.
  5. Reimbursement for educational and professional membership fees.
  6. Eligibility for profit-sharing opportunities.
  7. Access to training budgets for external and internal development.
  8. Flexible work schedules and time-off options.
  9. Business-casual dress environment.
  10. Pet-friendly workplace.
  11. Some flexibility for remote work arrangements.
