In this dynamic role, you will engage in various aspects of store operations, including Merchandise Management, Visual Presentation, and Customer Engagement. Key responsibilities include:
- Fostering a culture of exceptional customer service by upholding operational standards and effectively communicating updates and training to associates.
- Exhibiting strong planning and prioritization skills while guiding associates in collaboration with the management team.
- Mentoring and developing team members on merchandise presentation and customer service excellence, promoting a collaborative and improvement-focused environment.
- Enhancing the shopping experience by coordinating the timely movement of merchandise and ensuring the sales floor meets visual presentation standards.
- Influencing sales and trends by creating impactful displays in key areas, aligning with the store's branding and value strategies through innovative feature changes.

QualificationsTo embark on your journey with us, you should possess:
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail or service industries
- A high school diploma or equivalent experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening
- Outstanding customer service abilities, with a knack for identifying both stated and unstated needs of customers and associates
- Capability to establish and maintain an organized warehouse environment
Hourly compensation: $23.19 per hour*
*This represents the anticipated hiring range and may not reflect the complete pay range for the position. The offered pay rate may exceed the posted range based on various factors, including relevant skills, experience, and local labor market conditions.
