Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the Health Career Access Program (HCAP) within Fraser Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the program, providing expert advice, and developing tools to measure and evaluate progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the HCAP implementation within Fraser Health Mental Health & Substance Use Services (MH&SUS) sites
  • Provide expert advice on the program's mandate and integration of Mental Health & Addictions Support Workers into site operations
  • Assist sites in identifying and raising progress/performance issues related to Mental Health & Addictions Support Workers
  • Develop and recommend tools and mechanisms to measure, monitor, and evaluate progress and outcomes of the program
  • Provide leadership to roles/teams assigned to support the program within MH&SUS
  • Manage program communications and dissemination of information within MH&SUS
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Allied Health Science, or a relevant clinical discipline, and have seven years of recent related clinical experience in a mental health & substance use environment. They will also demonstrate strong leadership practices, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
