- Handle human resources functions, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations of staff members.
- Develop and manage office budgets, monitoring expenses and revenue to ensure financial health of the practice.
- Implement policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency and improve patient satisfaction.
- Coordinate with dental professionals regarding acute care needs and treatment plans for patients.
- Utilize Dentrix software for managing patient information, billing, and insurance claims processing.
We are looking for a candidate with a University or College Diploma in business or office administration, and 3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting, retail sales, or customer service environment.
Experience in a supervisory or management role, contributing to business operations including staff scheduling, finances, inventory, and people management is essential.
Strong business acumen and extensive experience in budgeting and forecasting are also required.
Experience with dental software systems and Microsoft Office is preferred.
A strong commitment to maintaining health regulation and operational standards is necessary.
Willingness to work varied hours to align with business needs is also required.
