Job Title: Security Manager

Virtus Professional Services LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Security Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, managing events, and supervising office and volunteer staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate administrative services, including hiring and training staff, preparing reports, and managing events.
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff, ensuring a fast-paced environment and attention to detail.
  • Manage security and safety protocols, including basic security clearance, confidential security clearance, and criminal record checks.
  • Develop and implement project management strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, and time management.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
