Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Operations Manager to join our team at Fraser Health Authority. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and providing clinical and operational leadership to a front-line patient care department or health program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and provide clinical and operational leadership to a front-line patient care department or health program
  • Directly supervise Nurses at the Level 4 or 5 classification/wage rate
  • Oversee the operational, administrative activities of a clinical operation or program service
  • Ensure clinical operation(s) and program service(s) are delivered in an effective and efficient manner
  • Provide leadership for quality care, identify risks and action plans in terms of clinical/department outcomes
  • Interpret, apply and ensure operational and service contract plans meet accepted operational and/or contractual requirements
Requirements
  • Completion of an undergraduate degree in health sciences or related field
  • Seven (7) years' recent related experience, including two (2) years in a leadership role
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge and ability in related clinical health care practice, education and program planning, development, implementation and evaluation
