We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Project Manager to join our team at Fraser Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing complex clinical projects and change initiatives, providing strategic guidance and support to our operational and clinical teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic clinical project and change management plans to support the key priorities of the overall Redevelopment project.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate operational priorities and provide project management expertise.
- Lead and manage the planning, development, coordination, and implementation of change management strategic plans, projects, and initiatives.
- Assess clinical requirements and develop engagement strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Provide leadership and guidance to assigned staff, including budget management and HR operational management.
- Apply change management principles to develop and implement effective project and change management processes and tools.
- Facilitate the development and promotion of standardized organizational project and change management processes, tools, and training initiatives.
- Masters degree in a clinical health science discipline, plus seven years of clinical project and change management planning experience.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) and/or Change Management (PROCI) is a preferred asset.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to execute strategy across large complex organizations.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to motivate and influence leaders.
- Advanced skills in critical thinking, complex problem solving, planning, project management, change management, and group processes.
- Demonstrates the leadership practices of the Fraser Health Leadership Framework of Clear, Caring, and Courageous.
- Professional/Technical Capabilities: Strategic planning, program/service/department operational plans, health care delivery systems, organizational change management methodologies, project management principles, and office automation software.
