Ace Homes Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and train construction workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete tasks efficiently.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on project progress, including production and other relevant metrics.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on site, and that workers are aware of and adhere to these regulations.
- Materials and Supplies: Requisition and manage materials and supplies to ensure that projects have the necessary resources to complete tasks.
- Cost Estimation: Estimate costs and materials required for projects, and ensure that these estimates are accurate and up-to-date.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Work Setting: Residential construction
- Work Language: English
- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
