- Team Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of 5-10 construction professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure project success.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Client Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Cost Management: Develop and manage project budgets, estimating costs, and ensuring that projects are delivered within budget.
- Health and Safety: Implement and maintain a safe working environment, ensuring that all employees and subcontractors adhere to health and safety protocols.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Experience in residential construction management is an asset
- Work Environment: Work outdoors in a noisy construction environment

- Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, overtime required
