Job Summary

Hazelview Properties is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Building Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our residential properties, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall operations of the property, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations
  • Ensure that all residents receive prompt and courteous service, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Enforce the terms of lease agreements, including rent collection, rules and regulations, and follow procedures for serving notices to residents
  • Assist in the training of on-site team members on operational procedures
  • Represent the company at Landlord Tenant Board hearings

Requirements

  • Completion of high school or general education degree (GED)
  • 2+ years of related experience in a customer service or related role
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Yardi would be an asset)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A professional demeanor and ability to work independently
