Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
- Sales and Customer Service: Assign sales workers to duties, authorize returns, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
- Store Maintenance: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines and heavy workload
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and manual dexterity
- Accurate and Reliable: Ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines
- Excellent Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and management
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
