Retail Store Manager

At Redcliff Family Foods, we are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights to improve store performance
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring a high level of customer service
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in retail management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure and handle heavy loads
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- Accurate and reliable with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to multitask
- Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment
- Dependability and ability to maintain confidentiality
