Job Title: General Manager, Sales

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager, Sales to join our team at Hero Certified Burgers. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales and business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and increasing revenue.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance data and identify areas for improvement.
