Job Title: General Manager, Sales

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager, Sales to join our team at Good Earth Coffeehouse. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Team Management: Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive sales growth.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of sales leadership experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Skills: Proven track record of sales success, excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
