Plan Group, a leading innovator in integrating advanced technologies within corporate ecosystems, seeks a motivated Network and IoT Specialist to join our Technology division.

As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and security of our network and IoT infrastructure. Your expertise will be instrumental in troubleshooting complex issues, collaborating with solution architects, and maintaining high standards of network connectivity and security.

  • Your Responsibilities:
  • Configure and manage firewalls, switches, virtual machines (VMs), and servers to ensure optimal performance.
  • Address layer 3 networking challenges and perform advanced system administration tasks.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex network issues to guarantee reliability and efficiency.
  • Implement robust security measures to protect our network infrastructure from threats.
  • Configure, test, commission, and support IoT devices, ensuring seamless integration within the network environment.
  • Provide Level 3 support for managed network and IoT devices, resolving technical issues promptly.
  • Collaborate closely with solution architects to develop and implement scalable network solutions that meet our evolving needs.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all network changes, configurations, and updates.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in configuring and managing network infrastructures.
  • In-depth understanding of network protocols such as IPSEC, HSRP, IGMP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS.
  • Relevant enterprise certifications like CCNP, CCIE, CWNA, ECSE are highly valued.
  • Strong experience in cloud computing deployment and architecture.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and clear communication skills.
  • Expertise in the IoT field, including architecture, security principles, sensor technology, building management systems, and RTLS.
