About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable individual to join our team as a Gardening Support Specialist at Les Cultures Tournesol inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants
  • Cut and maintain grass and other vegetation
  • Lay sod or seed as needed
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including chain saws, small engine equipment, tractors, and weed trimmers
Work Environment

This is an outdoor position that requires working in various weather conditions, including wet, damp, noisy, and hot environments.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary
  • Flexibility, reliability, and teamwork skills are essential
Language and Work Term

This position requires fluency in French and is a seasonal opportunity with 40 hours of work per week.
