Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years in a supervisory role
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company regulations.
- Compile and analyze production reports and other relevant documentation.
- Suggest improvements to enhance productivity and ensure high product quality.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of team members.
- Develop strategies to meet production timelines and align work activities with other departments.
- Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards throughout operations.
- Monitor production quality and output levels consistently.
This role also involves participation in community programs aimed at supporting:
- Newcomers and Refugees: Assist with settlement needs and integration into the community.
- Youths: Provide tailored on-the-job training and create an inclusive work environment.
- Indigenous Peoples: Engage in initiatives that promote cultural awareness and support for Indigenous workers.
