Position Overview

Qualifications
  • **Education**: Completion of secondary school is required.
  • **Experience**: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, with a minimum of 1 month and up to 7 months of experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with legal age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Prepare and serve specialty dishes directly to customers.
  • Effectively describe menu items, including daily specials, to enhance customer experience.
  • Provide recommendations on menu selections based on customer preferences.
  • Manage cash transactions and accurately record sales.
  • Maintain cleanliness by clearing and sanitizing tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Offer insights and recommendations on wine selections.
  • Welcome guests, present menus, and respond to questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Order and manage inventory of wines and related glassware.
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously.
  • Take customer orders and communicate them to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
Work Environment

This is a **permanent position** requiring a commitment of **35 to 40 hours per week**. The primary language of communication will be **English**.
