Job Description for Food and Beverage Server

At Lee Chen Asian Bistro, we are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
    • Prepare and serve specialty food to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
    • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers.
    • Advise customers on menu selections and recommend wine pairings.
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs after each use.
    • Greet patrons, present menus, and make recommendations for food and beverages.
    • Serve food and beverages to customers in a prompt and courteous manner.
    • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
    • Assist customers with special needs, such as dietary restrictions.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
