We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at Ekam Concrete Cutting Inc.
Job SummaryThe Concrete Finisher will be responsible for ensuring high-quality finishes on concrete surfaces. This includes filling hollows, removing spots, and imparting the desired finish using hand and power tools.
Key Responsibilities- Filling hollows and removing spots on freshly poured cement
- Preparing tenders and quotations
- Operating power vibrators to compact concrete
- Working at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages
- Instructing apprentices
- Installing anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures
- Applying hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces
- Waterproofing, damp proofing, and restoring surfaces
- Repairing, resurfacing, and replacing worn or damaged sections of concrete structures
- Estimating costs and materials
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
- Accurate
