Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized International Office Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our import office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to employees, including training and coaching
  • Manage employee records, attendance, and work schedules
  • Coordinate employee work schedules and vacation
  • Assist with projects and tasks assigned by Supervisor/Manager
  • Verify and authorize employee time cards
  • Supply ordering and Invoice processing

Requirements:

  • Fully bilingual
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Good knowledge of UPS Internal Systems (ETT, OPSYS, ISPSYS etc.)
  • Troubleshooting capabilities
  • Ability to make quick decisions
  • MSOffice (Excel, Word, Internet Explorer)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree
  • Strong international knowledge with regards to processes
