As an Administrative Assistant, Customer Service, under the supervision of the shopping center manager, you will support the manager and their team in administrative tasks related to daily operations, accounting, and customer service for the property. Your role is to provide a superior quality experience for clients, tenants, and retailers.

Your contribution to our collective mission

- Provide proactive customer service to offer an exceptional experience;
- Respond with courtesy to phone calls and redirect communications;
- Write, validate, and transmit communications to tenants;
- Assist with the logistics of tenant arrivals and departures;
- Support the marketing team in the Privilege program;
- Maintain the GMAO maintenance system up-to-date;
- Follow up on defect notices and required service visits with tenants;
- Update tenant and supplier contact information;
- Occasionally replace the information kiosk (approx. 30 minutes per day);
- Manage the community kiosk rental;
- Manage the petty cash and make bank deposits;
- Collaborate and support Cominar's various teams on various mandates;
- Manage the restocking of office supplies, paper, etc.;
- Help plan events (team meetings, team activities, etc.);
- Perform any other related tasks.

- Holds a professional studies diploma (DEP) or has significant experience in a similar role;
- Mastering French (spoken and written) and ideally has functional English;
- Recognized for their experience with the public and exceptional customer service;
- Mastering computer tools (MS Office), CMS (the web), and has a very good knowledge of social media (Facebook, Instagram);
- Demonstrates attention to detail;
- Exhibits a positive professional attitude at all times;
- Shows great autonomy, reliability, and excellent collaboration skills.
