Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Samra Kahlon Inc O/A Wok Box. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes of our customers.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and manage food and supply costs to ensure profitability.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular kitchen inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality standards are met.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
